Newly Diagnosed Families

 

For newly diagnosed families, we can be a source of information about AT/RT and also a source of emotional support.  We provide you with the most recent AT/RT research and will be your source of information regarding clinical trials and up to date AT/RT news.

 

 

In terms of emotional support, we will connect newly diagnosed families with survivor families. Talking with families that have already navigated this path can provide a much needed lifeline to families dealing with a recent diagnosis.

 

The National Cancer Institute has published a document providing support for people recently diagnosed with cancer. This document is also helpful for families of children recently diagnosed with cancer.
